Shopping with Catmosphere

These terms apply to purchases through the Catmosphere online store. For questions, contact paris@opxdigital.com.au.

Prices and orders

Prices are in Australian dollars. The checkout displays your order total before payment. Standard Australian delivery is included in the product price. Please check the selected colour, delivery address and contact details before ordering.

If an item becomes unavailable or a listing contains a material error, we will contact you to resolve it. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will refund amounts paid for the unfulfilled item. We will not increase the price of a paid order without your agreement.

Delivery and returns

Products are dispatched directly by an overseas supplier. Please read our shipping policy and returns policy. Catmosphere is your contact for order problems.

Using the product

The Cat Explorer Sphere is for supervised enrichment, not transport or unattended containment. Follow the care and use information on the product page. Inspect the product before each use and stop using it if damaged or if your cat appears distressed. Colour appearance can vary slightly between screens.

Privacy and your rights

Our privacy policy explains how customer information is handled. Delivery details are shared with fulfilment and delivery providers as needed to supply your order.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Updates to these terms apply to future orders and do not remove rights relating to existing purchases.
